I remember the first time i made it and served it to my daughters ad their friends. their faces where a direct input that that is not how to make it. it was very watery and tasteless. from then on i make it almost every Thanksgiving and trust me I learned how to do it.
4 Lbs. Pumkin Cut Into Large Cubes
4 Carrots Cut Into Chunks
2 Sweet Potato Cut Into Cubes
1 Onion Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves Sliced
1 Lg Piece Fresh Ginger
3 Tblsp. Chicken Bouillion
8 Cups Water
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Place all ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hr.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth like soup.
Serve with small soup croutons or a dill branch.
