My Grandmothers famous cake. She used to make it for every holiday specially Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. So we can have the sweetest of the coming year. I follow in her steps and do it as well on those dates.

Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of honey
1 cup of tea made from 2 earl grey teabags, at room temperature
1 cup of canola oil
4 large eggs
2 cups of regular flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation
In a food processor, mix the sugar, honey, tea, oil and eggs.
Add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and mix slowly until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured baking pan (size 28).
Bake at a preheated oven of 180 degrees (F 350) for 1 hour.
