Many friend ask me to make it for them. It’s a great cake, sometimes I put Oreo cookie’s i break into 4, or maybe 1 cup pumpkin puree and cloves for Thanksgiving, Great for entertaining My Mothers favorite cake.
2 Lb. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (225 Gr Each)
2 Cups. Cottage Cheese 9%
4 L Eggs
1 Cup. Suger
2 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Vanilla Essence
1/4 Cup. Cornstarch
2 Cups. Sour Cream
150 Oz. Melted Butter
1/4 Cup. Finely Chopped Pecans
Option: Break Oreo Cookie's Into 4 And Mix It With The Cheese Mixture.
In a springmold spray pam and place the chopped pecans to do a bottom.
In a mixer place one by one the ingredients beating in between until the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the mixture over the pecans in the baking pan.
Bake for about 70 minutes in a preheated oven to 165 degrees.
Open the oven and leave it for about half an hour until the cake is cooled and put in the fridge.
Let it cool and place overnight in the fridge.
